An open house is the lowest-pressure way to see a home: walk the rooms, check the flow, feel the light, and leave. This page tells you how to make the most of every open house I host or know about, from the questions to ask to what to look for behind the staging.
I attend open houses across the metro every week, and I am glad to meet you at any of them.
Walk in, look hard, ask the questions that matter.
Take a photo list from the online listing, so curiosity about staging does not crowd out the inspection checklist. If you love the home, the next step is not an offer; it is the pre-approval number, so we can move in days, not weeks.
You are welcome to tour with me as your eyes and advocate; the seller pays the hosting agent, not you. I will read the room with you, translate what the hosting agent is not saying, and pull the comps before you leave the driveway.
Next step
Whether you are buying, selling, relocating, or just starting to explore, the first step is a free call. Bring your questions; I will bring the research.
