The Nancy difference

My responsibility to you is to educate, advocate, negotiate, and guide.

Four words, one promise. Everything I bring to your transaction is organized around them so you are never guessing about the biggest purchase or sale of your life.

01

Educate

You make better decisions when you truly understand the market, the numbers, the process, and your options. I teach you the real estate landscape first, then we act on it together.

02

Advocate

Your interests come first, in every room, on every document. Whether you are 90 miles away or right next door, I protect your position from first offer to final signature.

03

Negotiate

A Master Certified Negotiation Expert reads the room, the market, and the fine print. I push for the strongest price and cleanest terms, never at the expense of a smooth closing.

04

Guide

From the first conversation to the keys in your hand, you always know the next step and the deadline. Clear calendars, clear communication, one calm authority.

An unconventional path

From public health nursing and higher education to a career investing in homes.

About Nancy

The educator's mindset, the negotiator's instincts.

My path to real estate was not conventional, and it could not have prepared me better. I started in public health nursing, moved into higher education as faculty and a Dean, and later joined a group of women entrepreneurs investing in properties across the country. When I earned my license, I brought every skill I had learned: research, clear communication, calm leadership, and a genuine care for people.

Today I represent buyers, sellers, relocations, and investors across Albuquerque and beyond, from the North East Heights to the East Mountains to Los Lunas.

Market pulse

Albuquerque by the numbers, mid-2026.

The metro's median detached home sold for about $386,000 in July 2026, roughly 4.3% higher than a year earlier. Homes averaged about 31 to 37 days on market, while well-priced, well-prepped homes can go pending in 12 to 16 days.

Numbers vary by source and zip code. I dive into the detail that applies to your price range and street. Data: GAAR market data via Welcome Home ABQ and Redfin's Albuquerque page.
