Relocation

Relocating to Albuquerque: a remote-friendly buying process.

Moving to Albuquerque from out of state is part adventure and part logistics, and my job is to take the logistics off your plate. I have brought relocating buyers here from around the country, with a process built for people who cannot walk a street before they commit to it.

You do the search from anywhere. I do the ground work, the video walk-throughs, the inspections, and the negotiation on the ground in New Mexico.

A remote buyer still gets a local mind on the ground.

How an out-of-state move works with me

The process is the same as a local purchase with one difference: every showing, inspection, and errand is handled on your behalf. I film video walk-throughs of every candidate home, attend inspections in person, e-sign every document with you over a call, and keep a week-by-week calendar so you always know the next signature, wire, or flight.

What I do for you across the miles

Plan a high-yield visit (and enjoy it)

When you land in New Mexico, your time is precious. I pack two or three productive days with the short list, the neighborhoods, and the logistics, and leave room for the city itself: the Balloon Fiesta in October, the red and green chile at any local counter, and the view from the Sandia Crest. New Mexico sells itself; I just make sure the house hunt is efficient.

Language that translates

Real estate vocabulary differs by state, and so do taxes, water rights, and inspection expectations. I translate Texas, California, or East Coast norms into New Mexico practice, so nothing surprises you at the closing table.
