In an estate situation, authority matters before price does. Whether you are the executor, administrator, or a beneficiary, we establish who can sign, what the probate court requires, and what the timeline looks like, before we put a for-sale sign anywhere. I work closely with your estate attorney and keep the paperwork moving in order.
The home holds memories, and there is usually one family member for whom it is hardest. I slow down for that, I communicate in writing so nothing is misheard, and I make the decisions predictable instead of painful. The process can be a relief, which is the version I deliver.
